James 1:5-8 NASBS
[5] But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without h reproach, and it will be given to him. [6] But he must ask in faith without any doubting, for the one who doubts is like the surf of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind. Faith is a powerful preparatory mechanism

As we progress through life, we need faith to charter the course of our future. From planning to execution, faith plays a pivotal role. Once you get an understanding of who Yahweh Elohim is, you will unhesitatingly put your trust in Him as the alpha and omega of your life. There is no greater wisdom than knowing and trusting in the Lord. He is the all-wise maker and sustainer of all things. “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; Fools despise wisdom and instruction.” A person of faith demonstrates a breadth and depth of knowledge and intelligence. He has unlimited access to the well of wisdom because of unmeritted, underserved and unearned grace. Like King Solomon he has knowledge of diverse matters. No matter what life throws at him, He can always lean on the Lord as a strong anchor of his soul to sustain his spirit and affairs in times of trouble and upheaval. Based on Elohim’s record of faithfulness and reliability, he will have a more higher perception of the situation. By grace his inner man is strengthened to overcome fear by depending on the love of God.

Faith generates a stable and stead walk towards destiny
Understanding that the steps of a righteous man are ordered by the Lord gives one a deeper sense of hope and comfort. By wisdom you will see the hand of the Lord in your storm and challenges. A man of faith and hope is decisive and calm. He does not allow strong winds to cause tidal surges in his emotions. He is not driven by wind from without and tossed from within by his own instability. He is not at one time cast on the shore of his faith and hope and at another rolled back into the abyss of unbelief. He is firmly rooted and established in his faith in Christ.

Isaiah 57:20-21 NASBS
[20] But the wicked are like the tossing sea, For it cannot be quiet, And its waters toss up refuse and mud. [21] “ There is no peace,” says my God, “for the wicked.” …
But for you the righteous, there is peace and understanding. For you have the mind of Christ to understand and overcome life’s inevitable challenges. As a result, you don’t become a danger to those around you. Storm surges not only cause destruction to homes and livelihoods but people die when they ignore flood warnings. When you see signs of instability and drastic mood swings, reaffirm your faith in Christ by rehearsing the promises of the Lord. Without faith you can’t receive from the Lord. Faith is a prerequisite for a life of excellence and victory. Whatever happens in your life, keep the faith. The just walk and live by faith. The storms of life can not destroy them for their help is from the indisputable savior and conqueror and king. They are not tossed to-and-fro by life but are at rest in hands of Yahshua. Their future is in the hands of a capable Messiah.
